There's nothing to pay for the build. You pay £39 a month for hosting and care: security, backups, small changes and your Google listing. There's a 12-month minimum, because building a good website takes work that the first year pays for. Instead of a £1,500 bill upfront, it's spread out. No hidden fees.

Then you pay nothing. I show you the concept before you sign anything, and you get one round of changes before it goes live so it's exactly right.

Yes. It's £378 for the year, which works out at £31.50 a month and saves you £90. That's the best price; I don't go lower than that.

Monthly carries on month to month, with 30 days' notice to leave. Yearly renews each year, and I'll remind you a month before. Once the first 12 months are paid, the website design is yours: if you leave, I'll hand over the files or move the site for you, once, free.

You do. Your domain stays in your name with your current provider. I just point it at the new site, and your email keeps working as it does now. If you don't have a domain yet, I'll help you choose and register one.

Yes, that's the most common case. I'll build a concept of the new site, you compare it with the old one and decide. I'll move across anything you want to keep.

You'll usually see your concept within 7 days. Once you've approved it and sent any photos and wording, the site is live in about two weeks.

Yes. Booking systems, small online shops and extra features aren't in the monthly price. I'll always tell you the cost in writing first, and you only pay for what you agree to.
