Who handles your details

Profit Mind AI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16617973), registered office 2 Prospect Terrace, New Brancepeth, Durham, DH7 7EJ. The company runs this website and the Borders Web service, which Vincent Hovorka runs personally. You can contact us at team@vincenthovorka.com.

What details and why

When you fill in the enquiry form, I keep your name, business name, phone number, email, current website address and message. I use them only to contact you about your enquiry and, if you want one, to prepare a website concept. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

How long

If we don't end up working together, I delete your details within 12 months at the latest. If we do, I keep them for as long as we work together and then for as long as the law requires.

Who can see them

The form runs through Netlify, which hosts this website and stores form submissions on its servers. I don't share your details with anyone else and I never sell them.

Cookies

This website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to see the details I hold about you, to have them corrected or deleted, to restrict how they're used and to object. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
